The murder trial of defendant Alicia Andrews of Florida rapper Julio Foolio is now being heard in Tampa, Florida.

According to prosecutors that she worked as a lookout while Charles Jones was in Tampa for his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later ambushed the rapper in a Holiday Inn parking area.

A group of armed men allegedly fired dozens of rounds, killing him and injuring three others.

The defendant has been charged with premeditated murder and planning a murder.

Andrews’ lawyer argues that she didn’t know what the others intended to do. They claim she was just on a trip with her boyfriend.
